DL Manufacturing has entered into a new phase of growth with the opening of its new headquarters facility expansion. In order to meet increasing demand for its loading dock doors and equipment, the company has expanded its manufacturing space by over 10,000 square feet. Additionally, DL has added a new conference area, newly dedicated as the Don Metz Training Center, in honor of its founder’s commitment to industry expertise and personnel development that continues today.

The new space will be used to improve efficiencies by creating a better workflow, smarter inventory and a safer work environment.    Special design detail was made on lighting and cooling so employees can experience daylight-like conditions with constant airflow in the new expansion.  Additional machine and fixture investments are being used to speed up production while improving quality.   The Don Metz Training Center comes with the latest high-tech communications that allows for better and more productive remote meetings with employees and customers.
